Mr. Thorne has 28+ years of expertise in the banking,
finance and construction fields. Working for the Nation’s
largest construction lenders he was able to diversify his
background from application to move in, including but not
limited to sales to servicing, secondary marketing to
restructuring, training to management. His experience has
brought him to a National status within Construction Lending
environment. He has spent the last 8 years implementing new
construction programs, retooling existing programs and
providing his in depth knowledge to lenders and clients for
construction workouts ensuring a timely completion.

CHAMBERS
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Ms Chambers is an outgoing professional with 30 years of
diversified expertise in the Mortgage Lending Industry. From
her start in the Loan Servicing Department, then
complimenting her background in construction moved into
managing the disaster assistance unit (working with the
Federal Emergency Management Association, American Red Cross
and Small Business Administration at disaster sites). This
led her to expand into Training and Developing, Coaching and
Facilitating, and Change Management within Retail
Production. She has spent the last 3 ½ years as an
Independent Contractor specializing in Non-Profit, Custom
Construction, Business Consulting and Training & Developing.
Ms. Chamber years of diversified experience is a valued
asset to our company.

NELSON
Executive Vice President
Ms. Nelson has been successful in the mortgage lending
industry for 29+ years. Debra has worked in many capacities
from owning and operating her own mortgage shop to managing
offices of top lending institutions. Her management skills
are extrordinary when it come to managing a pipeline of
loans from origination to funding. Keeping loans together is
an admired skill and we are pleased to have such a
professional on our team.

Advisory Team/ Architectural & Design Services
Mr. Thorne has over 25 years of Architecture, Design, Land
Planning and Construction Administration experience. His
background includes designs for Single Family Market Rate
Housing, Multi-Million dollar Custom Homes, Cluster Homes,
Low- to Mid-Rise Multi-Family Condominium and Apartment
complexes, Clubhouses, Mixed-Use Developments, and
Commercial Retail Centers. His forward thinking approach,
attention to detail, and consideration budgetary constraints
make him a valuable member of our team.
JEANNINE
DELUDE
Advisory Team/ Construction Services
Ms. Delude has over 15 years of management experience in
Construction Lending. Jeannine has handled all aspects of
construction loan processing. As a founder of the
Construction Division of one of the largest construction
lenders in the nation, she brings extensive experience in
operations and risk management. Her attention to detail in
combination with a strong work ethic and exceptional
leadership skills makes her and extremely valuable asset to
our company.
PETE
FINNEY
Advisory Team/ Construction Services
Mr. Finney has had an interest in building and construction
from a young age. It was therefore a natural progression for
Pete to begin his professional career as a carpenter. He
began building homes in the late 1970's and obtained his B1
California Contractors license in 1983. Pete has worked as a
superintendent, assistant project manager, and in customer
service for two large construction companies. Pete also has
experience in sales and has owned his own franchise
merchandizing product worldwide. He has lived in the
Sacramento area his entire life. Mr. Finney's years of
experience in the construction industry is a valuable asset
to our company.
